When an agent shops, the store sees a stranger.

Fiber is what makes you recognizable anywhere you buy.

True cost.

The cost you pay, not the cost on the tag.

A sticker price is an opening offer. Fiber runs every cashback rate and every card reward it can confirm, and hands you one number, the true cost: what leaves your pocket. Stop comparing sticker prices. Compare true costs.

  • The number is arithmetic, not opinion.

Rates, eligibility and the math come from one cent-exact calculation. The assistant explains the number; it never makes one up.

  • Unknown is never zero.

If Fiber can't confirm a reward, it shows nothing — not $0.

  • Estimated is not final.

Before you buy it's an estimate. The store confirms it after checkout.

Example. Amounts are illustrative. The card line shows only when Fiber knows your card.

  • Cashback

BUILT

Your cards, working.

Tell Fiber which cards you carry — names, never numbers — and it tells you which one to pay with for the lowest true cost. Your card's own reward stacks on top of the cashback. Two earns on one purchase, none of the math.

Fiber never sees a card number. A card figure appears only when Fiber knows the card — unknown is never zero.

BUILT

Say “watch it.” Fiber keeps looking.

Eyeing something that isn't the right price yet? Say “watch it” and Fiber checks the price once a day and flags the drop in the app — your target, or 5% or more. Save a deal and it's held for when you're ready: saving keeps it, watching checks it.

Fiber watches and tells you. Buying stays yours.

BUILTROADMAP

The work after checkout.

Today, an agent's job ends at the buy button. Fiber's won't.

  • You'll get a Fiber address to give stores at checkout, and every order will land in one place.
  • Fiber will count down the return window, draft the refund claim when a price drops after you buy, flag a recall on something you own, and catch the subscription you forgot.
  • Each store will get its own alias — so if your email ever leaks, you'll see exactly who sold it, and switch that alias off.
  • Fiber will never touch your personal inbox. It will only ever see mail sent to the address you created for it.

Price watch is built. Receipts, returns, recalls and subscriptions follow, in that order.

BUILTNEXT

It learns your taste and gets sharper every time you shop.

Best means what you mean by it — sometimes the cheapest, sometimes the good one. Tell Fiber what you like and it tailors what it shows you. Next: it will remember the answer by category, because the person who wants the cheapest vitamins is often the person who wants the best shoes.

Everything Fiber learns about you, you'll be able to see, edit or erase.

Neutral by construction.

Fiber is built so the proof is a number.

No store can pay its way to the top.

The item you asked for is pinned first by fit. Economics order only the alternatives beneath it.

Shown equals paid.

The rate you see and the cashback you're paid come from one source, stamped with the time it was read. Fiber never keeps a second, private rate.

Self-dealing will be a published metric.

Fiber grades ranking changes against a fixed evaluation set. Self-dealing is the next number we add to it.

Consent, always.

Your commerce record is yours. You see it, you share it per merchant, you revoke it. By design, nothing will cross the wire but derived signals: never raw history, never a score used for eligibility. Our signal makes offers better or absent. Never worse.

Known on the first visit, if the buyer says so.

Merchant sees

  • In-market now

Shopping this category in this session.

  • Strong in this category

Spends here across stores, not just this one.

  • High spender

A derived signal. Not a score. Not eligibility.

What changes

A buyer spends heavily on cosmetics, across a dozen stores. No single merchant knows that. Their Fiber agent does. They arrive at a new site for the first time. With their consent, the merchant receives a Fiber profile and treats them like a known customer on the first visit.

The buyer gets the better offer. The merchant keeps a customer it would never have recognized.

NEXT

Your taste, your sizes, your history. Yours.

What Fiber learns belongs to you, not to any one store. Want a store to know you? You'll share on your terms — one store at a time, on the record, and you'll be able to take it back any time. When you share, it's because you get something for it: a better offer, or none. Never a worse one.

Fiber does not sell personal data. Fiber never sees your card numbers.

Read the trust promise

When there's cashback, it's counted — and it's yours.

Cashback is a perk, not the point. When a purchase earns it, Fiber counts it into your true cost before you buy and pays it after the store confirms. Same amount, whichever you choose.

How rewards work

Fiber isn't only an app. It's shopping tools any assistant can call.

Seven tools, live behind a Fiber key today. Add Fiber to an assistant that can carry your key and ask it to shop: it finds products, shows the true cost, and hands you a tracked link — in the conversation you started. Directory listing next.

How it works.

Your assistant asks Fiber for products, prices, and rewards, then hands you a tracked link. You stay in the conversation you started.

Human in the loop.

Every purchase is yours to confirm. A headless autonomous buyer endpoint is a later product, not this surface.
